We moved into this basement suite in September 2006, almost two years ago.
It didn’t take long to get to “functionally unpacked” (though I’m sure it seemed long enough). But then again, that is still rather short of “fully unpacked.”
I have yet to finish the chore of sorting through my file drawers – two drawers in a yellow, four drawer metal cabinet right next to this desk. Each time I start, I get drawn into the fascinating correspondence files, the children’s artwork, the genealogy file, etc. (Usually I have something ‘better’ to do and don’t even start).
Oh, by the way, I’m also a blogging newbie eager to learn something about this technology.
I thought, why not combine two dreaded tasks into one that might be fun?
I’ll go through my files and write about what I find that prevents me from finishing the job. Meanwhile, I can also record any useful insights or links to make this task easier in future.
